All our rates are quoted inclusive of VAT at 20% Please note that dogs are permitted only by special request.

Unfortunately, we have to charge 50% of the room rate for any reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date and 100% if cancelled within 48 hours. In such cases, The Yorke Arms will endeavour to re-sell the accommodation to avoid this. All prices are correct as of 4th January 2011.

All prices are per room per night & include Full English Breakfast.

A service charge is added on parties of six or more & reservations on Bank Holidays, Christmas & New Year. Any reservation cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged at 50% of the room rate and within 48 hours 100% will be charged. The Yorke Arms will endeavour to re-sell the accommodation. We are delighted to welcome small adults, but please note, we do not operate a different menu or have special facilities.
